Haven't experimented much with tofu so far and I have seen variations of this recipe.Should try it.
And yes, reading is one of the best things that can happen to a child.
Thanks for dropping by my blog, Deepa.
Interesting recipe. But what is nutritional yeast? You've made a very valid point about encyclopedia's but they are getting obsolete generally.
Hi Mallika, We bought nutritional yeast at a local grocery store. If you live in the U.S, it ought to be easy to find. I went to loom for the brand name, but the thing has disappeared in my pantry!! It's sad about encyclopedias. Look at wikis - so useful, but anyone can edit content. Can you trust it? Maybe I generally can, but it's not conducive to sitting down and exploring, for a kid. And even when a kid gets older, I don't want them sitting at a computer - unless GUIs improve hugely and become more or less like books. --Deepa p.s: I took pictures of the kulfi and figured out how to put it in here, but blogspot seriously cuts down the resolution. Trying to resolve it.
