Seriously yummy Schezuan salad

Gently mix together:
Schezuan sauce : 2 TBS
Red wine vinegar : 6 TBS
EV Olive Oil : 1/2 cup
white sugar : 2 tsp

Slice 2 avocado
Marinate in 6 TBS of lemon juice

1 14oz can black eyed peas (low sodium) - drain out water, add to bowl.
Fnely chop 1/2 cup red onion, 1 jalapeno, 1 medium bell pepper, 2tsp garlic. Add to bowl.

Mix these three sets of things together. Add salt and black pepper to taste.
