Thanksgiving's coming, and we have family visiting, much to my delight. I'd like to plan Thanksgiving dinner (which's actually lunch) and get ready for it soon. The goals:
-Use the traditional ingredients, only the vegetarian ones ofcourse. This means, corn, green beans, cranberries, pumpkin, mashed potatoes, yams, etc.
-Make traditional American things but with a desi twist.
-Everything has to be healthy.

Some raw data there to sift through.
